The place was contemporary and exceptionally friendly and the staff were helpful, the location was perfect to what other hotels within the area provide their guests with. Also, I appreciated how easy the location was.

Staff were beautiful, so we enjoyed our being there. Lots of food for a continental breakfast.

Didn't like the area, it was disappointing.

It was a such great stay. The location was easy, just next door to restaurants as well as Plattsburgh. All the staffs were consistently courteous.

Splendid experience there. This lovely relaxing hotel with its GOOD staff and location was the best. Generally everything was pleasant, though the bathroom was wet. Efficiency from the whole staff.
